F1 league management software
Pole Apex runs the admin side of an F1 25 league — results, standings, calendars, tiers, driver sign-ups and stewarding — and publishes it on a public league page your drivers can check any time.
Everything you run each race week
Replace the results spreadsheet, the pinned Discord messages and the form links with one place your staff can share.
Results & standings
Enter qualifying and race results after each round. Driver and constructor standings recalculate automatically for every tier — no spreadsheet formulas to babysit.
Graphics for Discord
Export results, standings and lineups as images, ready to post in your Discord announcements and on socials the same night.
Season calendar
Plan the season round by round with circuits and dates. Drivers see each race in their own time zone and know which round is next.
Tiers
Split a big grid into tiers, each with its own standings, points system and allowed assists, all under one league.
Driver sign-ups
An application form with your own questions. Applicants verify their email first, then land in your join requests to accept and assign to a team.
Members, staff & polls
Manage drivers, members and staff in one place, and run polls for format changes, calendars or anything else your grid should vote on.
Rules & regulations
Publish your rules as text or a rulebook PDF, plus the points system and allowed assists, so every driver knows the deal before lights out.
Public league page
Standings, calendar, rules and your Discord, YouTube and Twitch links on one public page, listed in the Pole Apex league directory.
For leagues that run like a series
Add stewarding, attendance, broadcast and telemetry tools when your league needs them. Every module is unlocked during the 30-day trial.
Penalty tickets
Drivers upload incident videos and stewards issue decisions with PDF reports.

Driver check-in

FAQ
- Which games does Pole Apex support?
- Pole Apex is built for F1 sim racing — F1 25 and F1 24 leagues. More disciplines are on the roadmap.
- Do my drivers need an account?
- Not to follow the league: standings, calendars and rules are public. Drivers create a free account and verify their email only when they apply to join.
- How many leagues and tiers can I run?
- Plans include 1–3 leagues with 2–5 tiers per league. You can change plan as your grid grows.
- Can I keep using Discord?
- Yes — Pole Apex works alongside it. Add your Discord invite to the league page so drivers get a Join on Discord button, and post exported results and standings images in your channels.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Every plan starts with a free 30-day trial with every module unlocked, and you don't need a card to start.
